Truecure Impeclo Cream is a broad-spectrum topical therapy formulated to tackle stubborn skin infections caused by fungi, bacteria, and inflammation simultaneously. This multi-action cream combines powerful antifungal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antipruritic agents to deliver rapid relief from redness, itching, scaling, and irritation.

• Clobetasol (0.05%) – a potent corticosteroid that swiftly reduces swelling, redness, and itching by suppressing inflammation.

• Clotrimazole (1.0%) – targets dermatophytes and yeasts, effectively treating infections like ringworm, athlete’s foot, and jock itch.

• Gentamicin (0.1%) – fights bacterial infections by eliminating common skin pathogens such as Staphylococcus and Streptococcus.

• Iodochlorohydroxyquinoline (1.0%) – acts as a broad antimicrobial and antifungal agent, supporting deep disinfection of infected tissues.

• Tolnaftate (1.0%) – prevents fungal regrowth and aids in long-term healing of tinea and related skin infections.

Indications:

• Fungal skin infections (Tinea, Candidiasis, etc.)

• Bacterial superinfections

• Eczema and dermatitis with secondary infection

Directions for Use:
